These Turkey and Cranberry Sliders are the perfect combination of sweet and savory, ideal for a quick meal or impressive appetizer.

- 1 package Hawaiian Sweet Rolls (12 count)
- 2 cups diced turkey
- 1 cup cranberry sauce or relish
- 6 slices Swiss or favorite cheese
- 6 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tbsp dried minced onion
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese (optional)
- dried parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the Hawaiian Sweet Rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Layer the diced turkey, cranberry sauce, and Swiss cheese on the bottom halves.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, yellow mustard, Worcestershire sauce, dried minced onion, salt, and pepper. Brush this mixture over the cheese.
- Place the top halves of the rolls on the sandwiches.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15-20 minutes until heated through.
- Optional: sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and dried parsley before serving.
Notes
- These sliders can be prepared ahead of time and baked just before serving.
