Description

Delicious mini muffins perfect for kids, topped with chocolate chips and bananas.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups milk
  • ¼ cup butter (melted)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tablespoons sugar
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350℉. Spray a mini muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the milk, butter, and eggs.
  3. Mix in the remaining ingredients.
  4. Scoop the batter into each muffin tin hole. Fill them about ¾ full.
  5. Add your favorite toppings such as chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, bananas, and sprinkles.
  6. Cook for 15-20 minutes, checking at 10 minutes.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes, then remove from muffin tin.

Notes

  • Check muffins at 10 minutes for doneness.
