Delicious mini muffins perfect for kids, topped with chocolate chips and bananas.
Ingredients

- 1 ½ cups milk
- ¼ cup butter (melted)
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tablespoons sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350℉. Spray a mini muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, mix together the milk, butter, and eggs.
- Mix in the remaining ingredients.
- Scoop the batter into each muffin tin hole. Fill them about ¾ full.
- Add your favorite toppings such as chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, bananas, and sprinkles.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, checking at 10 minutes.
- Let cool for 5 minutes, then remove from muffin tin.

- Check muffins at 10 minutes for doneness.
