Description

Delicious cookies combining creamy peanut butter and crunchy pretzels.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup chopped pretzels

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat until browned and nutty in aroma.
  3. In a bowl, mix the browned butter with brown sugar and granulated sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract; mix well after each addition.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt; gradually add to the wet ingredients.
  6. Fold in peanut butter and chopped pretzels until combined.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes until lightly golden around the edges; cool on wire racks before serving.
