Description

Delicious apple cider muffins drizzled with caramel sauce, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup apple cider
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • ⅓ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, mix sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and apple cider until smooth.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until just combined.
  5. Fill each cupcake liner two-thirds full with batter and bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool for five minutes before transferring to a wire rack and drizzling with caramel sauce before serving.
