- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup apple cider
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, mix sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and apple cider until smooth.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until just combined.
- Fill each cupcake liner two-thirds full with batter and bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool for five minutes before transferring to a wire rack and drizzling with caramel sauce before serving.
Notes
- For best results, use fresh apple cider.
- These muffins are great served warm or at room temperature.
