A delicious bread made with rolled oats and warm milk.
Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup warm milk (240ml)
- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 1/4 cup warm water (60ml)
- 1/4 cup honey (60ml)
- 1/4 cup melted butter (60ml)
- 3 cups all-purpose flour (375 g)
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine warm milk, warm water, and honey. Sprinkle yeast on top and let sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
- Add rolled oats, melted butter, ground cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.
- Gradually add all-purpose flour until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for about 5-10 minutes until smooth.
- Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Punch down the dough, shape into a loaf, and place in a greased loaf pan.
- Let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before slicing.

- Ensure that your yeast is fresh for best results.
- This bread can be served warm with butter or used for sandwiches.
