Description

A delicious beef and broccoli rice bowl topped with a spicy mayo.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 cups cooked white rice
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 0 cup mayonnaise
  • 12 tbsp sriracha (to taste)
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar

Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to package instructions and keep warm.
  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until fully cooked.
  3. Add garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil to the beef and stir well.
  4. Add broccoli and a splash of water, cover, and steam until tender-crisp.
  5. Whisk mayonnaise, sriracha, and rice vinegar to make the spicy mayo.
  6. Assemble bowls with rice, beef and broccoli, and drizzle with spicy mayo.

Notes

  • Adjust sriracha to taste for desired spiciness.
