Description
A delicious beef and broccoli rice bowl topped with a spicy mayo.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 3 cups cooked white rice
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 0 cup mayonnaise
- 1–2 tbsp sriracha (to taste)
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
Instructions
- Cook rice according to package instructions and keep warm.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until fully cooked.
- Add garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil to the beef and stir well.
- Add broccoli and a splash of water, cover, and steam until tender-crisp.
- Whisk mayonnaise, sriracha, and rice vinegar to make the spicy mayo.
- Assemble bowls with rice, beef and broccoli, and drizzle with spicy mayo.
Notes
- Adjust sriracha to taste for desired spiciness.
- Substitute protein with chicken or tofu if desired.
