  • 2 cups (480 ml) cold milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • Optional: chocolate shavings or cocoa powder for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together instant pudding mix, cold milk, and vanilla extract. Let it set for 5 minutes.
  2. Pour pudding into the prepared pie crust and spread evenly.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  4. Spread whipped cream over the pudding layer.
  5. Garnish with chocolate shavings or a dusting of cocoa powder.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes
