Description

Deliciously rich and creamy chocolate fudge squares that melt in your mouth.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups (540 g) granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup (180 ml) whole milk
  • ¾ cup (170 g) unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 cups (340 g) semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, milk, butter, and salt. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture comes to a boil.
  3. Allow to boil for 5 minutes without stirring.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Pour mixture into prepared pan and spread evenly.
  6. Let cool at room temperature for 1–2 hours or until firm.
  7. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

  • Make sure to stir constantly while cooking to prevent burning.
