Deliciously rich and creamy chocolate fudge squares that melt in your mouth.
Ingredients

- 3 cups (540 g) granulated sugar
- ¾ cup (180 ml) whole milk
- ¾ cup (170 g) unsalted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 cups (340 g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, milk, butter, and salt. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture comes to a boil.
- Allow to boil for 5 minutes without stirring.
- Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour mixture into prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Let cool at room temperature for 1–2 hours or until firm.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- Make sure to stir constantly while cooking to prevent burning.
- These fudge squares can be stored in an airtight container for up to one week.
