Description

A delicious and easy chicken casserole made with crescent rolls, cream cheese, and shredded chicken.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cans refrigerated crescent rolls (8-count each)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
  3. Unroll the crescent rolls and separate into individual triangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture on the wide end of each triangle and roll up like a crescent.
  5. Place all rolls seam-side down into the prepared baking dish.
  6. In a small bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup and milk until smooth. Pour evenly over the rolls.
  7. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
