Description
A delicious and easy chicken casserole made with crescent rolls, cream cheese, and shredded chicken.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cans refrigerated crescent rolls (8-count each)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
- Unroll the crescent rolls and separate into individual triangles.
- Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture on the wide end of each triangle and roll up like a crescent.
- Place all rolls seam-side down into the prepared baking dish.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup and milk until smooth. Pour evenly over the rolls.
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
