Description

A comforting and creamy beef spaghetti dish packed with flavor.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Start by bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the spaghetti until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until soft and fragrant. Stir in the garlic and let it cook for about a minute, just until it releases its aroma.
  3. Add the ground beef to the skillet. Break it apart with a spoon and cook until browned and fully cooked. Sprinkle in the Cajun seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
  4. Lower the heat slightly and add butter, letting it melt into the beef. Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring gently to combine. Then add the cream cheese, allowing it to melt slowly into the sauce.
  5. Stir in the mozzarella, Parmesan, and cheddar cheese. Watch as the sauce thickens into a creamy coating that clings to the beef.
  6. Add the cooked spaghetti directly into the skillet. Toss everything together until the pasta is fully coated in the sauce. Let it simmer for a couple of minutes.
  7. Finish with a sprinkle of fresh parsley for color and freshness. Serve warm.
