Ingredients

- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- ½ cup crushed graham crackers
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
Instructions
- Melt 1 cup of chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- Gently fold in 1 cup of mini marshmallows until coated with chocolate.
- Mix in ½ cup of crushed graham crackers for texture.
- Cover and refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes until firm.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions and roll into balls.
- Melt an additional cup of chocolate chips, then dip each truffle to coat completely before placing them on parchment paper to set.
Notes
- Store truffles in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
- For a different flavor, try using flavored chocolate chips.
