- 6 Red Potatoes (Halved)
- 2 Pounds Snapped Green Beans
- 2 Slices of Bacon
- 1/4 Cup Diced Sweet Onion
- 1/4 Cup Fresh Chopped Dill
- 3 Cups Water or Chicken Broth
- Salt/Pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a 4-6 quart crockpot, spray it with non stick cooking spray.
- Then, add in all ingredients, fill the slow cooker about 2/3 full with the water or broth. This is typically 3-4 cups.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- When serving be sure to use a slotted spoon so the juice can run out.
