Delicious and healthy protein cookies made with almond flour, protein powder, and dark chocolate.
Ingredients

- 1 cup blanched almond flour
- 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup chopped dark chocolate or dark chocolate chips
- Pinch of sea salt (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the almond flour with the protein powder. Add the salt, if using.
- Add in the peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla, and use a fork or spoon to mix until fully combined into a chunky, thick cookie dough.
- Then fold in the chocolate chips.
- Eat right away or cover and chill.

- Chilling the cookie dough can enhance the flavors.
- Can substitute any nut butter in place of peanut butter.
