Description

Delicious and healthy protein cookies made with almond flour, protein powder, and dark chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup blanched almond flour
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup chopped dark chocolate or dark chocolate chips
  • Pinch of sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the almond flour with the protein powder. Add the salt, if using.
  2. Add in the peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla, and use a fork or spoon to mix until fully combined into a chunky, thick cookie dough.
  3. Then fold in the chocolate chips.
  4. Eat right away or cover and chill.
