- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup crunchy dill pickles, sliced
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and coat with the yogurt mixture.
- Top with sliced dill pickles and Parmesan cheese.
- Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken breasts in the yogurt mixture for a few hours before baking.
- Serve with a side of green salad for a complete meal.
