Description
Delicious roasted Brussels sprouts with a touch of garlic and Parmesan.
Ingredients

- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 0 teaspoons salt
- 0 teaspoons black pepper
- 0 cups finely grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Trim the stems and remove outer leaves from the Brussels sprouts. Cut them in half lengthwise.
- Toss the halved sprouts in a large bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Sprinkle in the Parmesan cheese and toss again to coat.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place sprouts cut side down.
- Roast in a preheated oven at 425°F for 20–25 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve immediately with extra Parmesan if desired.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon juice before serving.
- Feel free to experiment with additional spices or toppings.
