Description

Delicious roasted Brussels sprouts with a touch of garlic and Parmesan.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0 teaspoons salt
  • 0 teaspoons black pepper
  • 0 cups finely grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Trim the stems and remove outer leaves from the Brussels sprouts. Cut them in half lengthwise.
  2. Toss the halved sprouts in a large bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Sprinkle in the Parmesan cheese and toss again to coat.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place sprouts cut side down.
  5. Roast in a preheated oven at 425°F for 20–25 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Serve immediately with extra Parmesan if desired.
