- 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 3 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 4 tbsp butter
- 12 oz fettuccine pasta
Instructions
- Place chicken in crock pot and season.
- Whisk cream, broth, and garlic. Pour over chicken.
- Add butter, cover, and cook until chicken is tender.
- Shred chicken and stir in Parmesan.
- Cook pasta separately and combine before serving.
