- 2 cans refrigerated homestyle biscuit dough
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
- 1 cup pizza sauce or marinara
- 30 slices pepperoni
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or melted butter (optional, for brushing)
- Fresh parsley or basil (optional, for garnish)
- Optional toppings: cooked sausage, sautéed mushrooms, diced bell peppers, black olives, red onions
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cut biscuit dough into 1-inch pieces and place them in a large mixing bowl.
- Add pizza sauce, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Stir to coat all the biscuit pieces.
- Mix in mozzarella, cheddar (if using), and half the pepperoni. Add other toppings as desired.
- Transfer the mixture to the baking dish and spread evenly. Top with remaining pepperoni.
- Brush with olive oil or butter if desired.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden and bubbly. Check doneness with a toothpick.
- Broil for 2–3 minutes for extra crispiness (optional).
- Let cool for 5 minutes, garnish with herbs, and serve warm.
