Description

A delicious and easy Biscuit Pizza Bake that combines all your favorite pizza toppings in a convenient and hearty bake.


Ingredients

  • 2 cans refrigerated homestyle biscuit dough
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
  • 1 cup pizza sauce or marinara
  • 30 slices pepperoni
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or melted butter (optional, for brushing)
  • Fresh parsley or basil (optional, for garnish)
  • Optional toppings: cooked sausage, sautéed mushrooms, diced bell peppers, black olives, red onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cut biscuit dough into 1-inch pieces and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add pizza sauce, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Stir to coat all the biscuit pieces.
  4. Mix in mozzarella, cheddar (if using), and half the pepperoni. Add other toppings as desired.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the baking dish and spread evenly. Top with remaining pepperoni.
  6. Brush with olive oil or butter if desired.
  7. Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden and bubbly. Check doneness with a toothpick.
  8. Broil for 2–3 minutes for extra crispiness (optional).
  9. Let cool for 5 minutes, garnish with herbs, and serve warm.
